Last updated: 5 November 2026

Truelayer Epoxy Coatings (ABN 90 510 190 139) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Information we collect

When you request a quote we collect your name, phone number, email, suburb and project details. The quote form opens your own email app and the details are sent to us by email — we use them only to respond to your enquiry and provide our services.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

With your permission (or unless you opt out), this website uses:

These tools use cookies and similar technologies and may collect your IP address, browser details and an online identifier. We do not send your name, email or phone number to these providers. Google and Meta may store and process this information outside Australia, including in the United States.

Your choices

You can turn analytics or advertising cookies on or off at any time. Your choice applies straight away. Visitors in the EU, UK and Switzerland are asked before any of these tools are used. Your browser's Global Privacy Control signal is treated as an opt-out of advertising.

You can also opt out of Google ads personalisation at Google Ad Settings and manage Facebook/Instagram ad preferences in your Meta account settings.

Access, correction and complaints

You may ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by contacting us below. If you are not satisfied with our response you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
